ICT Personnel is a Canberra based start-up recruitment agency. Established in June 2020, ICT Personnel specialises in providing public sector professional service delivery. Our expertise is focused on delivery of three main disciplines - Software Engineering and Development, ICT Systems Integration and ICT Risk Management.

We are looking to establish and grow our portfolio of services by proactive customer engagement.

We support a 'blind hiring' approach where personnel and demographic information is not considered for the hiring process and candidates are assessed on ability alone. This is aimed at achieving our objectives to employ personnel to produce a diverse workforce, less clouded by unconscious bias. We provide services based on talent based on skill and not for cultural similarity. This is a key philosophy implemented in our service delivery mission.

At ICT Personnel, we are looking for employees who can bring new perspectives and life experiences to the service delivery requirements of our clients. We value curiosity, passion and a desire to learn and are looking for thinkers eager to take on fresh challenges.

Our recruiters approach employees in the first round of screening which provides best insurance against pointless interviews for our clients. The initial screening process is not so much about making a decision on candidates’ suitability for hire but is aimed at identifying candidates who are not likely to make the final cut.

As our recruiters do not work on a commission-based structure, our processes are aligned to providing the best value for money to our clients and an inspirational working environment for our employees. Our hiring managers have complete flexibility in exercising their judgement, experience and recruiting expertise to find the right employees.

We are committed to establishing a user friendly and intuitive Applicant Tracking System (ATS) interface to streamline our hiring processes.

At ICT Personnel, we opt for frequent and open communications with candidates, identifying effective job descriptions and offer interview feedback.
